Hey babes, Happy Hump Day! I’m excited because tonight is the first night of FashioNXT 2017! Also, in the spirit of fashion, I wanted to share the most beautiful rose gold sequin dress that I’ll be wearing to a fashion event in Seattle next month (be sure to be following me on Instagram here to see what the event is!).

Rose Gold Sequin Dress
I’m so obsessed with this dress! I saw it on Lulu’s (available here!) and absolutely had to have it for a secret event I’ll be attending in Seattle next month. I love a dress that has a wow factor without having to bare it all for the world to see. I’m not much in to showing off cleavage or a lot of leg, so when I saw this backless maxi, I knew it was the one. I bought this in a size medium and it fits me like a glove and is the perfect length! I’m 5’8″ and 139 pounds with an athletic hourglass figure (like that new category I just invented there? LOL #athglass… too much?), in case you want to compare your size!
I was really worried the color of the dress would wash me out, but it actually looks great with my fair skin! Also, Lulu’s has a bunch of different styles of this same dress (short, spaghetti strap, v-neck, and metallic)!

Thursday 10/12 – International Day of the Girl celebration and Men’s & Women’s Ready to Wear collections from local and LA designers
Friday 10/13 – Women’s Ready to Wear and Couture and Project Runway Designers!
Saturday 10/14 – Women’s couture designers from Seattle, New Orleans, Austin, and Dubai!
All shows start at 8:00pm fashion community time (so at least 30 minutes late) and tickets are still available here! Also, I’ll be assisting the after-party host on Thursday, so come out and meet me and Brandon Gaston from LifeSTYLest!! Hope to see everyone there!
