Hey b-list fam! By now, you probably know I’ve been having some issues with my skin. This winter was pretty harsh, and my skin has been dry, red, and irritated. Luckily, I was sent 5 Origins products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes, and my skin has never been happier. I had never used any Origins products before, but this natural skincare brand has become one of my favorites!

Affordable High-End Products

One of my favorite things about Origins, is the quality of the products. Origins was found way back in the day by The Estee Lauder company, so you know you can expect high-end quality when you use their products. The first product I tried was the Checks and Balances Frothy Face Wash. This is also my favorite product out of the 5 I received! The frothy face wash leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean, without over-drying. You really only need to use a dime size amount, a little bit goes a long way with this product!

Natural Skincare Brand

I also love how Origins uses 100% natural oils and lots of organic and natural ingredients. It makes me feel more comfortable trying out their products, because I know they are good for my skin. A natural product is something I also look for when treating my adult acne. I love using the Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask for this very reason! It really clears out my pores, but unlike some charcoal products, it doesn’t strip my skin completely of it’s natural oils. This was a struggle I was having with a different charcoal based product, but with Origins, my skin just feels fresh, clean, and clear.

Waking Up Refreshed and Energized

Two products I received complimentary from Influenster are from the Ginzing line. For day time moisturizing, I’ve been trying and loving the Ginzing Energy-Boosting Moisturizer. This is a very lightweight and great for oily skin types. I have a lot of oil production in my t-zone, so this moisturizer will be perfect for summer! The other product from this line that I love is the Ginzing Refreshing Eye Cream. This stuff is so amazing! I feel like it counteracts the darkness in my under eye area in the morning, and keeps me looking refreshed and awake all day. This product also lasts forever (a little bit goes a long way…I’m seeing a trend here!).

Lastly, I’ve been using the High Potency Night a-Mins Mineral Enriched Renewal Cream at night before bed. This is a thicker cream, but still not thick enough to make my acne-prone skin freak out. It’s the perfect moisture surge, and I wake up in the morning with hydrated and healthy looking skin. Is it too much to say that Origins just may be my new favorite natural skincare brand?? #obsessed
