You guys, it is seriously SO COLD in Portland right now! It’s like bone chilling, need to sleep inside a tauntaun type of cold (to whoever knows what that is, congrats, you’re my new BFF). Since it’s basically my version of Hell outside, I thought I’d share some photos from a few weeks back that I took with Rachel from One Pot Slop when we had a little snow storm in Portland (and I made the mistake of coming over for a photo shoot and almost got stuck in her complex :P).
This look was actually kind of fun to shoot because I felt super cozy in my long sweater and boot socks. The sweater is from Old Navy (available here) and it’s definitely one of my favorites because it’s so long and comfortable.
I’m also wearing my go-to Liverpool Jeans Company jeggings (available here) that I wear every single week because they fit so well and are so comfortable, and a bell-sleeve blouse from Veronica M (also available here!).
This scarf is from Free People (similar here) and I actually got it at my favorite store in Ashland – Papaya Living. I love how the sequins add a dressy vibe and you don’t have to worry about wearing much jewelry with it!
Lastly, the boots. These are actually from JustFab! They’re available here in 3 different colors and are surprisingly comfortable. I’m really glad I found them because I was wanting a pair of this hiking boot style. They are even more cozy with a pair of leg warmers (similar here).
Alright lovelies, I’m going to cozy up on the couch with my hubby and my cat and have some dinner! I hope you all are staying warm out there! Oh, and don’t forget to enter the Light Up The Night Cash Giveaway that I’m co-hosting for the chance to win $400.00!!! Click here to enter!

I didn’t even know it snowed in Portland! How crazy. We are expecting snow in Tennessee this week, and THIS California girl is panicking! I’m actually on my way out now to go pick up some groceries! I heard bread and milk are the first things to go.

We usually don’t get this much snow! I actually hate snow if I’m out in it for more than 10 minutes lol We stocked up on groceries when it snowed too!
