As fall approaches I’ve had this feeling of just wanting to nest down on the couch under a fuzzy blanket with a cup of tea and prepare for winter hibernation. Something about the bright days and chill air just makes my body want to hide away. I’ve also been really super cold from the changing of the seasons. I don’t know about you, but when my body is cold, it’s hard for me to be motivated. Luckily though, I’ve had my Cuddl Duds! They’re a brand I’ve recently discovered and have quickly fallen in love with. To celebrate this new found love, I wanted to share with you guys my fall layering hacks I use to keep warm during fall! #LiveInLayers

Turtlenecks

I love a good turtleneck for two reasons; one, they’re warm, and two, they never go out of style. The Cuddl Duds® Softwear Long-Sleeve Turtleneck Shirt (available at JCPenney’s here) is a great option because it’s a thin soft material that’s perfect for layering. For a normal fall day I would just wear this shirt on its own. Or for those colder days I would layer this turtleneck over a tank and underneath a sweater or jacket. It’s thin enough that it would make layering multiple pieces super easy and comfortable!

Versatile Outerwear

In the PNW, our fall weather can be a little funny. We start out the day pretty chilly, but by the afternoon it’s hotter than Hades. That’s why layering is so important for us here. One of the ways I like to #LiveInLayers is by wearing versatile outerwear. I think by now you all know I love leggings lol. I would wear them as pants every day if I could. I’ve been wearing my Cuddl Duds® Flex Fit Leggings (available at JCPenney’s here) lately and loving them! They are so comfortable and the patterns they come in are super cute! I also love that I could wear them to the gym. They run big (I’m 5’8″ and 140 lbs and ordered a Medium, but should have ordered a Small), so definitely check the size guide before you buy!
