It’s that time of year again! The Nordstrom Half-Yearly Sale started on Wednesday, and I want to share with you my MUST HAVE items! Nordstrom Half-Yearly Sale Tips

This is the first time ever that I’ve shopped at the Nordstrom Half-Yearly Sale, so I wanted to share with you guys some tips I’ve picked up!

#1) Shop with a purpose! It’s very easy to go hog-wild whenever your favorite brands are on sale #guilty But that can add up real quick, so be sure to make a list of what you need! Also, it’s a good idea to have a budget in mine before you go. I usually limit myself to a certain amount, but I make sure it’s a little lower than what I can actually afford to spend (that way I don’t feel guilty if I go a little over!).

#2) Don’t shop for your “summer bod.” Seriously, I’m so bad about this! I will notoriously tell myself that this perfect summer dress is OK to purchase even though it’s a tad too tight. I’ll lose those 5 pounds by July, right? WRONG!! It’s a death trap, just don’t even play, girl. If it doesn’t fit when you try it on, don’t buy it!

#3) Shop comfortable! Be sure to wear clothes you won’t mind taking off all day long (sooo probably leave that corset at home). If I’m shopping and I wear something that takes 10 minutes to put on and take off, I’ll just get sour and want to go home. Same goes for your tummy! Don’t shop on an empty stomach, especially if you tend to get hangry like me 😉
